Our teams in China and Vietnam are directly involved in managing product development and production. They coordinate customer specifications, quality requirements, and pricing throughout the process.

Our history spans stoneware, industrial products, medicine bottles, foodservice packaging, and furniture components, with sourcing and production in China and Vietnam and customers in the United States and Mexico.

Stoneware for a major U.S. mail-order company
We began supplying stoneware products to a major mail-order company in the southeastern United States. Over the following six years, H&E became one of its leading, long-term suppliers. The relationship continued until the customer was acquired and its business was integrated into an online operation.

A long-standing tow dolly partnership
We began working with a U.S. tow dolly company to develop its products in China. H&E remains its sole supplier, and the partnership continues today.

Plastic bottles for liquid medicines
We sourced and developed plastic bottles for liquid medicines for a U.S. distributor serving hundreds of clinics nationwide. This customer stopped purchasing the bottles from China in 2025 due to tariffs.

Foodservice packaging for a publicly traded company
We began supplying paper cups, straws, and lids to a publicly traded company. This ongoing relationship has grown in purchasing volume and expanded into additional product categories.

Furniture components manufactured in Vietnam
We began producing sofa legs and rocker locks in Vietnam for a major furniture components company in North Carolina. The relationship continued until the customer was acquired in 2016 by a company with operations in Vietnam.

Expanding an existing relationship into Mexico
We began supplying paper cups, straws, and lids to the Mexican branch of our publicly traded customer, extending the relationship to another market.

Plastic and PLA cups for another U.S. branch
We began supplying plastic cups and PLA cups to another U.S. branch of the same customer. The relationship continues to expand.

Complete Vietnam supply base for cups, lids, and straws
In response to tariff issues, we built a complete supply base in Vietnam for paper cups, lids, and straws.

Products developed, produced, and delivered
We support a broad range of customer-required products through teams in China and Vietnam, shipping several hundred containers annually. Our services include direct container delivery, transloading and palletizing, and storage and distribution through seven U.S. warehouse locations, supported by live order and inventory data.
